• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover)
• We provide a 15% Senior Discount (65 or older)

Insurance

• We will file claims as a courtesy for our patients who have dental insurance.
• Payment is due at each appointment as well as fees not covered by insurance.
• Please bring your current insurance information with you to the consultation.  

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
